Regulations of HEAD Speed Marketing Campaign "PLAY LIKE THE US OPEN CHAMPION, GET A DISCOUNT ON SPEED RACKETS"
§1 General Provisions

The organizer of the marketing campaign "PLAY LIKE THE US OPEN CHAMPION, GET A DISCOUNT ON SPEED RACKETS" (hereinafter: "Campaign") is the online store operated at www.strefatenisa.com.pl (hereinafter: "Organizer").

The Campaign runs from 13.09 to 27.09.24 or until stocks last.
§2 Participation Rules

A participant in the Campaign (hereinafter: "Participant") can be any natural person who purchases HEAD SPEED brand rackets in the Strefa Tenisa online store. A detailed list of models is provided at the end of the regulations.

The Participant takes part in the Campaign by purchasing HEAD Speed rackets included in the promotion.
§3 Promotion Rules

The promotion covers selected tennis racket models of the HEAD brand.

When purchasing a HEAD brand tennis racket covered by the promotion, the customer receives a discount of 20€.

The discount is automatically applied after adding the product to the cart.

The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts and promotions.
§4 Return Procedure

The Participant is obliged to download and fill out the return form available on the store's website. The goods, along with the completed return form, should be sent back with the note "RETURN" to the address provided on the page: https://strefatenisa.com.pl/zwroty-i-reklamacje (add a page in the right language)

Returns and complaints for products purchased as part of the promotion are processed according to the rules specified in the store's regulations.

In case of a product return, the customer will receive a refund of the paid price, reduced by the value of the granted discount.

The refund is made in the same way as the payment for the racket purchase was made, unless the Participant expressly agrees to a different solution.
§5 Complaints

Any complaints related to the Campaign should be sent to the email address [[email protected]] or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.

The complaint should include the Participant's name and surname, order number, problem description, and the Participant's request.

The Organizer will review the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt and inform the Participant about the results of the complaint procedure.

Complaints regarding purchased Goods can be submitted according to general rules.
§6 Final Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to introduce changes to these regulations, as long as it does not negatively affect the conditions of participation in the Campaign for the Participant.

In matters not regulated by these regulations, Polish law applies.

The regulations come into force on 13.09.24 and are valid for the entire duration of the Campaign.
