Delivery time depends on the selected forms of delivery and payment. In case of immediate payment (up to 15 minutes), shipping time is up to 24 hours. To this time you must add the delivery time which is usually up to 24 hours. The time may be longer for some products and services and we will inform you about this on the shopping cart screen.

Yes. To send the order to a different address (than the one assigned to a given account), it is enough to change the delivery address at the time of finalizing the order.

Unfortunately no, it is not possible to place an order for a product of a size that is not currently in stock. We encourage you to use the "Ask for product availability" option, which will be launched after clicking on the unavailable size you are interested in. The availability of products on the Strefa Tenisa website is updated automatically. The availability of products can be checked by hovering over a given size with the cursor. Availability in the warehouse and in both Warsaw stores will be displayed.

Returns, complaints and exchanges
"The Strefa Tenisa allows you to return products within an extended period - up to 30 days from the date of purchase. For more information, please visit: https://tennis-zone.eu/returns-complaints
We do not make any exchanges in the online store. If you want to replace it with, for example, a different size, we suggest that you return one product and then buy another.
The return of funds for the returned goods will be made no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods from the Customer. The refund is for the cost of the product (s) plus shipping costs (only for a full refund). The reimbursement is made to the bank account indicated by the Customer.
Products purchased in the Strefa Tenisa online store are subject to return within an extended period of up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If this deadline is exceeded, the return will not be accepted.
In case of a complaint, a complaint form should be filled in and sent to the shop's address (together with the claimed product), providing in particular: name, surname, contact details (e-mail, telephone) and a detailed description of the defect of the claimed product. In addition, proof of purchase must be sent with the advertised product. The advertised goods must be cleaned of any dirt.
