I. Preliminary provision
1. These terms and conditions of the promotion called "Discount Code - Newsletter" define the principles of operation, conditions, scope and complaint procedure of the promotion, rules of use and rights of persons participating in the promotion, as well as the obligations of the organizer.
2. The organizer of the "Discount Code - Newsletter" promotion is Strefa Tenisa Sp. z o. o. S.K. based in Warsaw, at al. Bohaterów Września 12, 02-389 Warszawa, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000545256; registry court where the company's documentation is kept: District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register; NIP: 7010469498; REGON: 360859723;
3. The promotion is conducted through the online store Strefatenisa.com.pl, available at the URL: https://www.strefatenisa.com.pl/.
4. Customers who have received a discount code from the organizer can participate in the promotion - after meeting the conditions for participation in the promotion, they become participants of the promotion. The promotion is addressed only to people who have subscribed to the online store's Newsletter. The Organizer, no later than 2 days after the customer signs up for the Newsletter service, sends a discount code to the customer's e-mail address provided by the customer to subscribe to the Newsletter.
II. Subject of the promotion and conditions of using the Promotion
1. The subject of the promotion is the possibility for the participant to take advantage of the promotion under the terms and conditions specified in the terms and conditions of the promotion, including granting the promotion participant a discount voucher worth 5% of the current gross selling price of the products currently available in the online store during the promotion period (hereinafter also referred to as: " Discount").
2. The promotion does not cover Promotional and Sale products (i.e. products whose price has already been reduced before the promotion or products whose price has already been covered by vouchers, promotions, discounts, rebates or other special price or product offers) and Tennis balls and Gift Vouchers. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.
3. The value of purchased products entitling you to the discount is at least PLN 200 gross.
4. The promotion is valid until further notice (hereinafter also: "Promotion duration"), subject to section 13 below.
5. Participation in the promotion is voluntary and free of charge (i.e. purchasing products under the promotion does not require the promotion participant to incur additional costs apart from paying the price of the products subject to the promotion and the costs selected by the customer, including delivery costs).
6. To take part in the promotion, you must:
a. Subscribe to the Newsletter service, in accordance with the regulations;
b. Read and accept the terms and conditions of the promotion;
c. Place an order during the promotion period with a total value of at least PLN 200 gross;
d. Before placing the order - in the basket section - enter the code received by the promotion participant from the organizer, entitling him to use the discount and press the arrow button next to the entered discount code. Providing a promotion code by a promotion participant to use the discount after placing the order does not entitle the participant to use the discount.
7. The promotion cannot be combined with the Loyalty Program and other promotions, discounts, rebates, reductions, promotional campaigns, special price or product offers that are valid in the online store, unless the terms of such promotion, discount, rebate, discount, promotional campaigns, special price or product offer provide otherwise.
8. The discount will be granted in such a way that the regular Price for the Product or Products purchased by the promotion participant in the online store will be reduced by the amount of the discount, i.e. by 5%, calculated from the full, regular price of the product. The promotion does not cover (does not reduce) any delivery costs of products purchased under the promotion in the online store, which the promotion participant bears in full.
9. If several promotional products are purchased at the same time, the discount is calculated on the total price of the purchased promotional products.
10. During the promotion period, each promotion participant may take advantage of the promotion only once.
11. The discount granted by the organizer as part of the promotion cannot be paid in cash or exchanged for any other means of payment and is non-transferable.
12. When purchasing products in the online store, a promotion participant has the right, but not the obligation, to take advantage of the discount.
13. The promotion participant may take advantage of the discount under the conditions specified in these promotion conditions within 1 year of receiving it.
III. Complaints
