The hybrid shape of the head (a blend of teardrop and round) and the low balance provide very good shot precision and ease of handling the racket, while still offering satisfactory access to power. The enlarged sweetspot improves tolerance on off-centre hits. The new Vertex Core⁵ construction enhances the racket's stiffness and torsional stability, aiding the return of energy put into the stroke. The surface, made of XtendCarbon 12K carbon fibre, offers a combination of suitable stiffness, dynamics, and control, making the model perform well in both offensive and defensive play.
