What are the benefits of participating in the Tennis Zone Loyalty Program?
The store user achieves subsequent rebate thresholds along with the purchase of new products. The user obtains the first rebate threshold after purchasing products for a minimum of 200€, and the discount value reaches 2%. Further thresholds are a 4% discount after spending 1000€. The last threshold means as much as a 6% discount, and the user reaches it after exceeding 2000€ spent in the store.
FAQ: Loyalty program
The Loyalty Program is automatically joined when you create an account in the Store and place your first order.
Each of the rebate thresholds will be calculated in accordance with the principle of its operation on the next day after receiving an order that meets the required condition. 2% after spending 200€, 4% after 1000€ and 6% after PLN 2000€.
The system will subtract the amount of the returned product from the entire pool of orders collected and update the value of the granted rebate threshold.
The discount does not apply to products on sale.

TENNIS ZONE LOYALTY PROGRAM REGULATIONS ("Regulations").
These Regulations set rules of participation in the loyalty program under the name "LOYALTY PROGRAM" addressed to customers of the www.strefatenisa.com.pl store.
The Regulations contain terms and conditions of participation in the Program.
I. TERMS

Program - the Tennis Zone Loyalty Program is administered by the Organizer.
Regulations of the www.strefatenisa.com.pl Internet store - regulations managing the use of the www.strefatenisa.com.pl Internet store, rules for placing orders for products available at the www.strefatenisa.com.pl Internet store, delivery of ordered products to the Customer, payment by the Customer for purchased products, the Customer's right to cancel an order and withdraw from the agreement, as well as rules for filing and processing of complaints, at the www.strefatenisa.com.pl Internet store.
Account - an account created in the online store wwww.strefatenisa.com.pl that requires first and last name and email address.
Participant / User - a legal person participating in the Program residing on the territory of the Poland, of full legal age, having full or limited legal capacity, or a minor who is at least 13 years old and has at least limited legal capacity
Store - Organizer's online store, located at www.strefatenisa.com.pl.
II. INTRODUCTION
1. Tennis Zone Loyalty Program is a program directed to all registered users of the online store "Strefa Tenisa".
2. under the Loyalty Program, in exchange for purchases made at the online store www.strefatenisa.com.pl, the Participant is granted certain benefits related to the activities of the Organizer.
3. The program is conducted for an indefinite period of time.
III. JOINING THE PROGRAM
1. To join the Program, you should read the Regulations and set up an Account in the Store.
2. User can join the Program at any time of its duration.
3. Within the meaning of the Regulations, the day of joining the Program is the day of creating a User Account in the Store.
IV. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
1. Data included and provided by the Participant during the registration of the account in the Store goes to the Database together with the history of transactions made by the Participant in the Store, and will be processed by the Organizer as a data controller in order to run the Program in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, including in order to send to the Participant's e-mail address and/or phone number communications directly related to participation in the Program, including personalized offers intended for the Participants and other information directly related to participation in the Program. Detailed information on the protection of personal data can be found in the privacy policy, available at https://strefatenisa.com.pl/en/privacy-policy.
2. The Participant should immediately notify the Organizer of any change in their personal data. The change of personal data in the Account is also possible in the case when the Participant has an established Account.
3. Member, who within his participation in the Program does not want to receive by means of electronic communication (e-mail, SMS) information about special offers and other benefits designed for him within the Program, may at any time notify the Organizer the resignation from receiving such information. In the case of the resignation referred to above, the Member will not be able to receive by electronic means of communication information about benefits in the Program (including information about promotions and events prepared by the Organizer for Members), and the Organizer will be released from the obligation to send such information and will be required not to send it to the Member.
V. GENERAL RULES OF THE PROGRAM
1. In Store User Account - information related to the consumer activity of the Participant, i.e. the frequency of purchases of goods, the contents of the shopping cart and the value of completed orders through the Store are collected - in order to implement the Program.
2. Privileges of participation in the Program particularly consists obtaining discounts, the amount of which depends on the total gross value of completed orders in the Store on a registered account.
3. Discounts are obtained by exceeding the amounts shown in paragraph 5 below, resulting from the sum of completed orders.
4. Discounts are obtained on subsequent orders.
5. Discount thresholds obtained in the Program are as follows:
500 PLN – rabat 3%
2000 PLN – rabat 5%
5000 PLN – rabat 8%
10.000 PLN – rabat 10%
After logging into the Account, to which one of the above-mentioned discounts has been granted, prices presented in the Store will be reduced by the value of the discount assigned to the specific threshold.
6. Discounts calculated from the Program do not apply to:
- products from the categories "Promotions", "Sale" and "Balls",
- other promotions announced by the Organizer,
- discount codes,
- services in the field of servicing, tuning and stretching of rackets,
- gift certificates, vouchers, gift cards
7. The value of purchases made, which is the basis for calculating discounts, is a sum of all products and services purchased in the online store.
8. The value of products that have been returned as a return without giving reasons will be deducted from the value of completed purchases.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to introduce additional ways of rewarding Participants for purchases made in the Store, particularly in the form of periodic promotions or other actions aimed for Participants
VI. TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM, EXCLUSION FROM THE PROGRAM, TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION
1. The Program shall be in effect for an indefinite period of time. The Program enters into force on 1 august 2018 r.
2. the Organizer may terminate the Program at any time, for good cause, such as:
a) a change in the generally applicable laws directly affecting the Program and resulting in the need to terminate the Program;
b) economic unprofitability of the Program;
c) issuance of a ruling or a decision by a court or a public authority concerning the Program, resulting in the necessity to terminate it
d) introduction of other forms of promotional and marketing activities of Tennis Zone in place of the Program.
3. The Program will be terminated by a prior notification to the Members via e-mail (to the e-mail address provided in connection with participation in the Program), including the date of termination of the Program. Notice of termination of the Program will be given no less than 30 (thirty) days in advance. Adequate information about the termination of the Program will also be posted in the Store in advance.
4. The Organizer may amend these Regulations for an important reason, which is:
a) a change in generally applicable laws or their interpretation by authorized authorities, directly affecting the content of the Regulations and resulting in the need to adjust them to such change in laws or their interpretation;
b) issuance of a ruling or a decision by a court or a public authority, having a direct impact on the content of the Regulations and necessitating its amendment;
c) a change in the privileges or benefits provided to Participants under the Program;
d) to prevent violations of the Rules or to counteract abuses;
e) removal of ambiguities or doubts of interpretation regarding the content of the Rules;
f) changes in the process of Participants joining the Program;
g) transformation of the Organizer, change of its legal form, change in the Organizer's name (business name), change in registration data, identification numbers, address or contact data specified in the Regulations.
5. The Organizer will inform Participants of the change to the Regulations by e-mail (to e-mail address provided in connection with participation in the Program), providing access to the changed Regulations and specifying the date when the change to the Regulations comes into force, which date will be at least 14 (fourteen) days from the date of sending the notification about the change to the Regulations. Appropriate information on the amended Rules will also be posted in the Store in advance.
6. The changed Regulations are binding for the Program Participant who does not resign from the Program before the change comes into force or, if such a possibility is made available, accepts the changed Regulations before the change comes into force. Resignation from the Program due to changes in the Regulations occurs in accordance with paragraph 7 below. 5.
7. Participant may at any time resign from the Program by submitting a written statement sent to the email address given in the Contact section, or by contacting the Store hotline at the phone number given in the Contact section. Program participation will end within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the applicable statement to the Store, sending an email, or telephone the hotline informing about the resignation, unless the Member requests immediate termination of his or her participation in the Program.
8. The Organizer has the right to exclude a Participant from the Program if:
a) the Participant commits a flagrant violation of the law or a flagrant violation of the Rules as part of his/her participation in the Program; a flagrant violation of the Rules includes the Participant providing personal information to a third party as part of his/her participation in the Program in order to impersonate such a third party as well as the Participant committing fraud to obtain undue benefits or privileges under the Program;
b) The Participant continues to violate the Regulations, despite prior request by the Organizer to cease violating the Regulations and act in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations.
9. The Participant will be informed about their exclusion from the Program under point 6 above in writing, sent to the mailing address or electronically to the e-mail address provided in connection with participation in the Program. A Participant's exclusion from the Program will be effective immediately.
10. When participation in the Program ceases, Organizer ceases to process personal data of the Member for purposes related to the Program. The above does not apply to data, which the Organizer - despite termination of participation in the Program - according to current regulations has the right to continue to process for tax purposes (in connection with benefits realized within the Program), to consider complaints, claims or defence against claims of a former Participant.
VII. COMPLAINTS
1. Any complaints regarding the Program (including particular promotions held within the Program) can be reported to the Organizer:
a) in writing to the Tennis Zone registered office address (with the recommended annotation "Complaint - Loyalty Programme", however this annotation is not obligatory),
b) by e-mail to the address given in the Contact section (with the recommended subject line: "Complaint - Loyalty Program", whereby the above message subject is not mandatory),
2. Complaint should contain the data of the person submitting the complaint (name and surname, exact address or e-mail address), as well as indication of the reason for the complaint and the content of the request.
3. The Organizer shall consider complaints on the basis of these Rules and Regulations and generally applicable law in the country of Tennis Zone registration.
4. A response to the complaint shall be provided in a manner consistent with the method of sending the complaint, i.e. by registered mail to the address specified in the complaint or by e-mail to the e-mail address specified in the complaint or from which the complaint was sent, within 30 days of receipt of the complaint, unless applicable law provides a shorter period of time for responding to the complaint.
5. The use of the complaint procedure by the customer is voluntary.
VIII. OTHER INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
1. No fees are charged to the Participant for participation in the Program.
2. In matters not covered by these Regulations shall apply universally applicable provisions of Polish law, in particular: Civil Code; Act on Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204 as amended); Act on Consumer Rights; and other relevant provisions of commonly applicable law.
