The upper made of ultralight and extremely durable Matryx fabric combines high comfort, breathability, and foot support with very good durability. Its most vulnerable zones around the toes and the inner part of the forefoot have also been reinforced with a moulded rubber guard called Pro Shield+. The tailored fit of the shoe with a partially integrated tongue construction additionally holds the foot securely during sudden movements. The midsole is made using Blast Pad technology, which maximises movement dynamics. The high-performance cushioning foam beneath the front part of the foot guarantees excellent energy return for the next step, while lateral reinforcements stabilise the foot during turns and quick changes of direction. The outsole is made from wear-resistant Michelin rubber, providing durability and excellent grip. The herringbone tread is designed for play on clay courts.
