The redefined Gel-Challenger model retains the series' signature combination of excellent stability and good cushioning in a lighter, more comfortable package. A new feature is the use of a two-layer upper construction. The first, mesh layer translates into optimal breathability and wearing comfort. The outer layer of flexible, synthetic materials increases foot support and wear resistance. Wingwall technology in the lateral zones provides better stability during lateral movements, while the Rearfoot Gel Cushioning system placed under the heel offers high-class cushioning. The shoe features a versatile outsole with a non-marking system, made from durable AHAR+ rubber. Other technologies used: PGUARD, ORTHOLITE.
