The shoe still offers the phenomenal stability and reliable protection so valued in the Gel-Resolution series. The 2025 update adds more comfort than ever before. The upper is made from a combination of durable and flexible materials. In the zones most exposed to damage, it has been reinforced with the PGUARD system for maximum durability. The tongue, partially made of mesh panel, increases ventilation. The redesigned stabilising element DYNAWALL™ now extends from the outer side and wraps around the heel, providing even better foot support, especially during lateral movements. The customisable lacing system DYNALACING™ makes it easier to find an individual, secure and comfortable level of fit, while additionally and firmly keeping the foot in the shoe. New is the use of the FF BLAST™+ ECO technology, renowned in Asics running shoes and now redesigned for tennis. This cushioning foam of great lightness and softness has been strategically placed under the heel, providing excellent vibration damping and extremely effective energy return invested in movement. The result is a lighter, more resilient and dynamic ride. The shoe's construction is complemented by a full-length, solid outsole with a universal tread pattern, guaranteeing ideal grip and leaving no marks on hard surfaces thanks to the non-marking system.
