Removing rubber from zones less exposed to wear minimises the shoe's weight. The tongue with a partially integrated construction with the inner sleeve and the full strap in the midfoot area, which allows for a tighter lacing, provide an improved fit and hold the foot even more stably during sudden changes of direction. The ZOOM AIR gas pod placed in the midsole offers very good cushioning with excellent step responsiveness. Additionally, reducing the size of the pod improved the flexibility and traction of the forefoot, facilitating natural bending during push-off and maximising rebound dynamics. Due to the tread profile, the outsole with universal application does not limit the ability to slide on various surfaces.
