Heel compression rings. They provide greater comfort and cushioning. They apply lateral pressure to the heel, restoring its natural cushioning properties. The package contains three pairs of rings with different compression levels: blue (low compression level), yellow (medium compression level), orange (high compression level). 

This product provides improved comfort and is not a medical orthosis. For use before, during or after physical activity, for a minimum of one hour. The method of application is shown in the last illustrative photo.
