Sidas 3Feet Low Insoles

Insoles for people with a flat foot structure. The package contains 2 insoles.

In our tennis showroom, you can use a special machine - a podoscope - to properly select insoles. The podoscope is an essential diagnostic tool that allows observation of the contact zones of the feet with the ground during functional tests. This enables us to professionally help every athlete who needs advice regarding insoles. We use the best equipment to ensure maximum measurement precision. The trained Strefa Tenisa team will be able to help you make the right choice.

Strefa Tenisa was the first tennis shop in Poland to introduce customisation of sports footwear insoles. We have started cooperation with one of the biggest brands in the field of orthopaedics, Sidas, which designs insoles for the world's top athletes. In our shop, customisation is carried out by qualified staff. We use the most modern methods of forming and heating insoles on a daily basis, employing professional orthopaedic equipment.

Insoles with the most advanced design: double heel pads, a special arch support for the midfoot, and EVA foam provide good cushioning, positioning, and support for the foot as well as maximum stability. These insoles are ready to use and adapt to the foot during use. They feature a cushioning element under the heel and protect the arch of the foot from fatigue. The insoles from the 3Feet line are designed so that they can be trimmed to the required shape by the user.

Construction of insoles and their benefit for the user:

Velour upper layer -  Comfort and durability

High-profile EVA stabiliser -  Support and pressure distribution

EVA Insole - Cushioning

Insole features:

- The three-dimensional shape of the insoles solves the problem of aching feet

- The insoles stabilise the middle section of the spine, thereby eliminating lower back pain

- Blisters and bubbles are not a problem, as a better fit means less chafing

Every person's foot has a unique structure and leaves a distinctive imprint, for example on wet sand. There are many differences. There are high-arched feet and flat feet, we distinguish between the right and left foot, feet differ in width and volume ("girth"). These factors are directly linked to body posture and perceived comfort and have a direct impact on them. Our feet carry the same weight of the entire body day after day and become tired, as a result losing stability and becoming flattened. As a consequence, the knee, hip joints and spine are excessively loaded, which can lead to the formation or deepening of postural defects. Stabilising the foot with an insole helps to support the foot from the side and strengthens the foot so as to reduce the decrease in muscle strength and ensure flexibility throughout the activity. This makes it possible to significantly reduce the risks caused by foot instability (twisted ankle, muscle fatigue, pain, abrasions).
