Strefa Tenisa was the first tennis shop in Poland to introduce customisation of insoles for sports footwear. We began cooperation with one of the largest brands in the field of orthopaedics, Sidas, which designs insoles for the world's top athletes. In our shop, personalisation is carried out by qualified staff. We use the most modern methods of moulding and heat-shaping insoles on a daily basis, employing professional orthopaedic equipment.

Insoles featuring the most cutting-edge design: dual heel pads, a specialised arch support, and EVA foam provide excellent cushioning, proper alignment, and foot support along with maximum stability. These insoles are ready to use and adapt to the foot during use. They feature a cushioning element under the heel and protect the arch of the foot from fatigue. The insoles from the 3Feet range are designed to be trimmed to the required shape by the user.

Every person's foot has a unique structure and leaves a one-of-a-kind imprint, e.g. on wet sand. There are many differences. Some feet have a high arch while others are flat; we distinguish between the right and left foot; feet differ in width and volume ("girth"). These factors are directly linked to body posture and perceived comfort and have a direct impact on them. Our feet carry the same weight of the entire body day after day and become tired, as a result of which they lose stability and flatten. As a consequence, the knee joints, hips and spine are excessively strained, which can lead to the development or deepening of postural defects. Stabilising the foot with an insole helps support the foot from the side and strengthens the foot so as to reduce the decline in muscle strength and ensure flexibility throughout the entire activity. This makes it possible to significantly reduce the risks caused by foot instability (twisted ankle, muscle fatigue, pain, abrasions).
