1. The organizer of the marketing action ,,Wilson Rush Pro 4,5 Shoes - Buy, Check and Decide” (hereinafter: ‘Action’) is the online store operated under the domain www.tennis-zone.eu (hereinafter: ‘Organizer’).
2. The Action runs from 18.06 to 17.07 or until stocks last.

1. Participant of the Action (hereinafter: “Participant”) may be any natural person who purchases Wilson Rush Pro 4.5 shoes in red and navy blue in the online store of the Tennis Zone.
2. The Participant takes part in the Action by making a purchase of Wilson Rush Pro 4.5 brand shoes covered by the marketing campaign.
3. Each purchase of Wilson Rush Pro 4.5 brand shoes gives the Participant the opportunity to test the shoes and then possibly return the tested shoes for 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

1. The Participant has the right to test the Wilson Rush Pro 4,5 brand shoes for a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
2. In case of dissatisfaction with the purchase, the Participant may return the tested, shoes without stating a reason for a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
3. The shoes must be returned in undamaged condition, except for normal signs of use that may result from testing the shoes.
4. The participant should send back the shoes in their original packaging along with all accessories and documents received at the time of purchase.

1. The participant is required to download, fill out the return form posted on the store's website. The goods, together with the completed return form, should be sent back with the note “RETURN” to the address posted on the website: https://tennis-zone.eu/returns-complaints
2. The participant is obliged to send back the shoes no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
3. The Organizer will refund the full amount for the purchased shoes within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned shoes.
4. The refund shall be made in the same manner in which the payment for the purchase of the shoes was made, unless the Participant expressly agrees otherwise.

1. All complaints related to the Action should be reported to the e-mail address [[email protected]] or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.
2. The complaint should contain the Participant's name, order number, description of the problem and the Participant's request.
3. The Organizer will consider the complaint within 14 days from the day of its receipt and will inform the Participant about the results of the complaint procedure.
4. Complaints regarding the purchased Goods may be filed in accordance with the general rules.

1. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Regulations, as long as they do not worsen the conditions of participation in the Action for the Participant.
2. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
3. The Regulations come into force on 18.06 and are valid for the entire duration of the Action.
