The twelfth update to the iconic Air Zoom Vapor footwear series was carried out based on feedback from both professional and amateur players, and took into account shoe wear data using the example of Holger Rune. The model delivers even greater lightness and dynamic movement while maintaining high comfort and the excellent stability it has always offered. The improved upper made of high-density mesh provides very good breathability, while cast polyurethane reinforcements in key zones protect the most abrasion-prone points on the inside and around the toes without increasing the shoe's weight. A solid plate surrounding the midfoot area provides excellent foot support, ensuring confidence during sudden slides, turns, and changes of direction. The internal half-sock construction improves the level of fit, additionally stabilising the foot laterally. The use of the renowned Zoom Air gas cushion under the heel provides the highest level of cushioning with rebound dynamics and responsiveness for the next step. Due to the tread profile, the all-purpose outsole does not limit the ability to slide on hard surfaces, and its split construction further reduces the shoe's weight.
