The construction of the upper made from durable mesh guarantees excellent breathability. The flexible rubber overlay around the toe and the most abrasion-prone lateral, inner area increases durability. Removing rubber from areas less exposed to wear reduces the weight of the shoes to a minimum. The tongue with a structure partially integrated with the inner sleeve and a full strap in the midfoot area, which allows for a tighter lacing, provide an improved fit and hold the foot even more stably during sudden changes of direction. The ZOOM AIR gas pod placed in the midsole offers very good cushioning with excellent step responsiveness. Additionally, reducing the size of the pod improved the flexibility and traction of the front part of the shoes, which facilitates natural bending during push-off and maximises rebound dynamics. The special outsole tread CLAYBREAKER, designed with consideration of pressure maps and analysis of areas where the most clay accumulates, provides excellent traction on clay courts and reduces sediment adhesion.
