How to choose a tennis bra?

Women's breasts are made of fatty tissue and the so-called Cooper's ligaments, which are the "scaffolding" through which the breasts retain their shape. However, they have one undesirable feature - they do not have the ability to return to their original shape. This is why a bra with proper support is so important.

For activities such as tennis, a higher level of support is useful. More support also means a more built-in bra and more adjustable straps. The exception here may be ladies with small breasts for whom a very high level of support is not needed. Such ladies can perfectly well choose a bra with medium support for tennis.

It should also be remembered that a properly chosen sports bra should fit tightly to the body and not move in any direction during movements. Ideally, the cups should perfectly encompass the entire breast and not protrude beyond the breasts. 

A good quality sports bra should be made of breathable materials that provide proper thermal comfort. Those who exercise intensively should choose sports bras made of thermoactive materials that wick moisture away.
