How to choose tennis underwear?

Underwear for tennis, including panties, must be thermoactive, that is, breathable and airy. This is not a whim, but a necessity. Thermal underwear can be made of natural fibers, synthetic fibers or a combination of both. The most types of materials can be found in the case of synthetic garments. These materials may differ in composition or properties, but most are based on the use of the same materials - most often polyester or polyamide and elastane. 

Women's thermal underwear is great for tennis and sports in general. Such products are worth wearing when going out not only to the tennis court, but also to the gym. Thermal underwear can be worn basically all year round. For summer training, it is best to take underwear made of synthetic fibers, such underwear breathes well and is thin. 

On this occasion, it is worth remembering that thermoactive and thermal are two different terms that are often confused with each other. Thermoactive underwear regulates body temperature during intense sports activities, and its main task is to distribute moisture and heat in such a way as to ensure a dry climate around the skin. Thermal underwear, on the other hand, is primarily intended to keep you warm on cold days. It should be noted that, in general, these two terms refer to different properties of products, and it is better not to confuse them with each other when buying new clothing or underwear. 

When choosing underwear, it is also important to remember that panties must fit. The lack of unnecessary space between the skin and the material makes the most efficient wicking of moisture. Panties that are too loose will fall down, those that are too tight will leave painful abrasions on your skin. When choosing panties, it is worth considering the "seamless" option, they are usually thinner and more comfortable.
