The much-appreciated exceptional lightness of the shoe has been preserved, allowing for quick movement around the court, while simultaneously improving the level of foot support during lightning-fast turns and the comfort during all-day wear. The upper construction made of durable mesh guarantees excellent breathability. The flexible rubber overlay around the toe and the most abrasion-prone lateral, inner area increases durability. Removing rubber from areas less prone to wear reduces the shoe's weight to a minimum. The tongue with a structure partially integrated with the inner sock and the full strap in the midfoot area, which allows for a tighter lacing, provide an improved fit and keep the foot even more stable during sudden changes of direction. The ZOOM AIR gas pod placed in the midsole offers very good cushioning with excellent step responsiveness. Additionally, reducing the size of the pod improved the flexibility and grip of the forefoot, which facilitates natural bending during push-off and maximises rebound dynamics. Due to the tread profile, the outsole with a universal purpose does not limit the possibility of sliding on various surfaces.
